Rose Petal Mental Health and Wellness, LLC is dedicated to supporting mental health and holistic wellness for individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. Founded by Kierstan Strickland, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Reproductive Mental Health Specialist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Grief-Informed Professional with 12+ years of experience supporting individuals and families. Kierstan believes that each bloom tells a story of resilience, strength, and the art of flourishing. Her compassionate, person-centered and affirming approach fosters a safe space for self-discovery and empowerment, helping clients navigate life's complexities with confidence and hope.

Kierstan specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, personality and mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, grief, and life transitions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities. With advanced training in trauma-informed, grief-informed, and reproductive mental health care and wellness, she supports individuals and families navigating the emotional impact of fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, hormonal transitions, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, and the transition to parenthood. Her compassionate and affirming approach helps clients process loss, build resilience, and move through life's most vulnerable seasons with support and empowerment.

Kierstan's expertise extends to working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, military and medical personnel, veterans, and first responders. She is committed to providing personalized, integrative care that blends clinical expertise with holistic support to foster genuine healing and lasting positive change.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, or other emotional difficulties, treatment is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Using an integrative, evidence-based approach, therapy helps clients strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

  • Reproductive mental health therapy provides empathetic support for individuals navigating the emotional challenges that can arise throughout the reproductive journey. Whether you are experiencing infertility, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum concerns, pregnancy after loss, reproductive decision-making, or adjustment to parenthood, therapy offers a safe space for healing and growth. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs and may focus on processing grief and trauma, managing anxiety and depression, strengthening coping skills, and building resilience during times of uncertainty and transition.

  • Trauma and grief therapy provides a compassionate space for healing after loss, trauma, and other significant life experiences. Whether you are coping with the loss of a loved one, reproductive loss, relationship wounds, trauma, or major life transitions, therapy offers support, understanding, and guidance as you move toward healing and growth. Treatment is tailored to your unique needs and focuses on building resilience, strengthening emotional well-being, and fostering hope for the future.

  • Couples and family therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges together. Whether facing relationship difficulties, family transitions, parenting concerns, or ongoing conflict, therapy helps foster deeper understanding, healthier connection, and more effective ways of relating. Sessions are collaborative, family-centered, and tailored to each couple’s or family’s unique strengths, values, goals, and needs.

Group therapy provides a safe space to gain insight, build coping skills, share experiences, and receive encouragement from others who may be navigating similar challenges.   • Personalized individual, group, couples, and family therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality and mood disorders, and life transitions. Specialized services focus on reproductive mental health, trauma recovery, and grief.

  • I welcome children (ages 6+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. My goal is to ensure that every client feels seen, heard, and supported. If I believe another provider would be better suited to meet your unique needs, I will gladly help connect you with appropriate resources and referrals to ensure you receive the care you deserve.

  • What makes me different is my down-to-earth, humanistic approach to therapy. I believe meaningful healing happens through authentic connection, so I show up as a real person while creating a warm, genuine space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

  • While I do not currently accept insurance, I am committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care in a way that prioritizes your unique goals and needs. If requested, I can provide documentation that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

  • Individual therapy sessions begin at 60 minutes for $170, with extended 90-minute sessions offered at $220.

    Couples and family therapy sessions begin at 60 minutes for $200, with extended 90-minute sessions offered at $250.

    Group therapy sessions are held for 90 minutes, with rates beginning at $60.

  • Tuesdays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Wednesdays: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Thursdays: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

    Group therapy sessions are scheduled based on clinician availability.

    If you are seeking an appointment outside of these hours, please contact the practice to inquire about availability. Alternate times may be available but cannot be guaranteed.

  • While in-person sessions are not currently offered, meaningful connection and healing can happen virtually. Through a secure telehealth platform, you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space, where many clients find it easier to feel relaxed, present, and fully engaged in therapy.

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. As therapy progresses, you can expect a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we work together to navigate challenges, build on your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

  • While I am committed to supporting my clients throughout their therapeutic journey, this practice does not provide emergency or crisis services outside of scheduled sessions.
