Personalized individual therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, personality and mood disorders, and life transitions. Kierstan provides specialized support in reproductive mental health, helping individuals through fertility challenges, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, and the transition into parenthood. She uses an integrative, evidence-based approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT-informed skills), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy to build coping strategies and foster empowerment across the lifespan.

Couples and Family Therapy
Compassionate counseling designed to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. This work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Structural Family Therapy (SFT), supporting couples and families in understanding emotional needs, interaction patterns, and relational roles. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to each family’s unique dynamics, values, and goals.

Creative Expression Therapy
Integrative healing through Play, Art, and Music Therapy that promotes self-expression, emotional processing, and personal growth. These creative modalities complement traditional talk therapy, offering alternative pathways to healing and resilience for clients of all ages.
